Shipping and Delivery
- Eddy is shipping to The regions of Saudi Arabia AS below tables.
- Your Order will be delivered within 7 to 14 working days within Saudi Arabia (depending on your city). Due to the precautionary measures are taken by the government towards shipping companies to limit the spread of the new Coronavirus (Covid-19).
- Upon receipt of your order by the operation team, an email will be sent to you containing the order number and shipment number. You can track the shipment through the shipping company's website after receiving the tracking URL.
- The shipping cost is determined according to the order value:
- If the value of the order is less than SAR 200, then the shipping cost will be SAR 35 (within Saudi Arabia).
- If the order value is equal to SAR 200 or more, then the shipping cost is FREE (For those orders going to be shipped within Saudi Arabia).
- Cash on Delivery fees (COD) 20 Saudi riyals.

Air conditioning installation policy
- Please keep the original invoice in order to install the air conditioner.
- Eddy reserves the right to refuse to return or replace the air conditioner after installation.
- Installation is carried out using copper pipes supplied with the air conditioner only. If these are not available with the air conditioner, the team supplies copper pipes at an additional cost that the customer pays to the installation company before installation.
- After installation, the device is under warranty by the agent, who bears all maintenance and repair work during the warranty period.
- Eddy guarantees the quality of the installation for a period of 3 months from the date of installation in the event of a report from the agent proving poor installation.
- The installation price does not include additional pipes, electrical conductor, air conditioner holder, crushing work, dismantling the old air conditioner, and any other work.
- The customer must carefully prepare the installation location to facilitate the installation process (civil works, decoration, plumbing, air conditioning water drainage, and providing appropriate electricity).
- Eddy apologizes for not installing it if the wall is concrete and needs to make an opening to extend the pipes, as it is the customer’s responsibility, or an agreement is made with the installation company to make an opening in the wall at an additional cost that the customer pays to the installation company, and the responsibility is on the customer.
- The Eddy installation team is not responsible for extending electricity (if an agreement is made with the installation company to make electricity extensions, the customer is obligated to pay it to the installation company directly).
- If the air conditioner is installed at a height of more than 6 metres, the scaffolding is not used, and the customer rents a winch to install the air conditioner. If the installation company approves the scaffolding, the customer pays an additional amount to the installation team.
- Eddy does not bear responsibility for the air conditioner’s cooling performance if the external unit is installed inside the skylight.
- Eddy does not bear responsibility for the cooling performance of the air conditioner if the size of the installation room is not compatible with the capacity of the air conditioner.
- Eddy is not responsible for the quality of pre-installed pipes at the installation site.
- If the client misses the appointment, Eddy will have to cancel the appointment and the client will have to book a new appointment.
- Exchange or return policy 7 days from the date of purchase in the event of a manufacturing defect accompanied by a report from the agent.
